Meet Emily Caruso

A Rhode Island writer who likes useful tools, old houses, clear answers, and the coast before the crowds arrive.

Emily grew up in Warwick and studied journalism and digital media at the University of Rhode Island. She built Home Sales RI to make two complicated worlds easier to navigate: the software that keeps property work moving, and the local details that make Rhode Island feel like home.

Her guides begin with current vendor facts, public pricing, independent reporting, and patterns in attributed customer feedback. She does not pretend every product fits every reader. The aim is to show the tradeoffs in plain language so you can make a better shortlist.
